In advance of its annual Public Policy Conference, LeadingAge California released its 2013 Issue Papers, which outline its legislative agenda for the year. Consistent with its goal of developing progressive and innovative strategies for Californians to age well into the future, the 2013 public policy issues include measures that promote continuity, accessibility and flexibility of services for older adults.
