The Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division has released its Spring 2013 “Adult & Senior Care Update.” This issue includes information on chaptered legislation and implementation plans for 2012, information and resources on how to prevent bedsores, a reminder on compliance with federal labor laws, and health and safety reminders. DSS publishes the updates quarterly and are available to download here.
