LeadingAge California’s sponsored Housing with Services Resolution, SJR 11, passed out of the Senate on a 34-0 vote. The Resolution will soon be heard in the Assembly. SJR 11 calls on Congress and the President to support Housing with Services models that use affordable housing as a platform to improve service delivery and encourage aging-in place. Housing with Services examples can include robust care coordination, wellness and chronic disease management, or co-location of heath care services, in an affordable housing setting.
